This one of my most beloved smoothies, rich and creamy almost worthy of dessert status. What takes this smoothie to the next level is the maca. I’m not a fan of promoting superfoods but this one is a must have in every women’s pantry.

tahini date maca smoothie

- 1 frozen banana
- 4 dates (deglet noor)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 cup milk of choice ( I use cashew mylk)
- place all ingredients in the blender
- blend until smooth
- serve in your favourite smoothie cup.
- If you don’t have frozen banana use 2-3 ice cubes.
- if using madjool dates only use 2 dates
